Ken Kashubara owns and operates Kash Personal Training in Birmingham, Michigan. He has published over 130 health, fitness and nutrition articles. Many of his articles can be seen online at LIVESTRONG, Greenmaple Wellness, and eHow. He has filmed 13 short fitness videos for Expert Village and also serves as the Detroit Fitness Examiner.

Ken will be publishing 2 eBooks this summer as a 2-for-1 deal. The first, Brave New Workouts, contains picture demostrations of 60 exercises and includes over a dozen step-by-step workouts. The second book is a "Best of," including over 40 of Ken's favorite articles. It will also include one previously unpublished article.

Ken earned 4 varsity letters in football at the University of Pittsburgh, where he was a full-scholarship linebacker and defensive end.
